Receive online sales URL and complete purchase

An online sales URL will be sent to the email address you registered in step 1. Please register purchaser information, select a payment method, and complete your purchase.

Season pass delivery

Receive your season pass through your selected delivery method: "advance shipping" or "counter pickup" at your chosen ski resort.
※Reissue due to loss is only possible at the designated pickup ski resort. A reissue fee (¥1,000) applies. We recommend selecting your home resort.

Please follow the rules of each ski resort when using your pass.

[Shipping] Shiga Kogen Ski Resort, Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort: For purchases during this period, pickup at the counter is not available. Passes will be shipped sequentially from mid-November.
Shipping will take about one week after purchase completion (no same-day issuance).
Additional shipping fee applies (1,000 yen per pass).
Overseas shipping is not available.
[Counter Pickup] At Madarao Kogen Ski Resort, Ryuoo Ski Park, Tangram Ski Circus, and Togakushi Ski Resort from each resort’s sales start date.
Reissue due to loss is only available at the ski resort where the pass was issued. A reissue fee of 1,000 yen applies.

About this Pass

This is a common season pass valid at all NAGANO6 resorts. Please purchase only after agreeing to the Terms of Use.

How to Receive

You may purchase online or at ski resort counters. A valid photo ID is required for pickup. Pickup is limited to the applicant.

Validity Period

Valid from each resort's opening date until its closing date.
The actual available period varies by resort. please check the Validity Period

Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are not available after purchase.
No compensation is provided for schedule changes due to weather, snow conditions, events, or equipment issues.

Usage Rules

Passes are non-transferable and valid only for the holder (with photo and name).
Transfer, resale, or lending is prohibited.
Unauthorized use (forgery, lending, etc.) will result in immediate invalidation and confiscation. Additional charges may apply, and cases may be reported to the police.
